Specialized Coaching: Each class is led by a coach educated in the CrossFit methodology who will help you safely and effectively reach your goals.
Elite Fitness: CrossFit training helps you improve in all aspects of general fitness including cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

OUR MISSION: We strive to engage members in effective fitness training to safely promote strength, mobility, power, and longevity. At Fortitude Fitness & CrossFit BV we offer sport specific training to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. Our coaches will create a welcoming environment that holds to high standards of inclusiveness, integrity, and camaraderie.
We utilize a combination of barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, pull-up rigs, medicine balls, boxes, climbing ropes, and rings in our awesome gym space. Combine that with CrossFit programming that varies the workout stimulus to prepare you for any and all physical tasks. You'll never be bored.
The needs of an elite athlete and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. By that we mean CrossFit works for anyone, because the functional movements we train are essential to improving fitness and maintaining functional independence.
Intensity is the most effective way to help you reach your fitness goals. CrossFit focuses on moving well consistently first and then increasing intensity. Intensity varies for every person, their fitness level and unique strengths. If you show up & work hard, you will get fitter.
