Functional Fitness is doing movements that mimic every day actions to build strength, stability and mobility. 

These movements are natural and essential to life and longevity. At theFort, we use traditional body weight exercises (things like squats, pushups and core exercises) combined with interval and strength training. Our FortFit class is high-intensity and uses minimal equipment to help you get fit!

Are you new to fitness?  Drop-in to a FortFit class! Every class is small group instruction led by a coach who will break down each movement and help you modify workouts based on your ability. At Fortitude Fitness, we offer a welcoming environment of inclusivity & camaraderie to build you up and encourage your fitness journey.
