Service Description

Four 1.5 hour sessions Tuesdays 5:45pm - 7:15pm +Opportunity to attend two regular classes the last two weeks of the course In this intro course, you will learn the foundational movements (squat, deadlift, press), Olympic weightlifting movements (snatch & clean), basic gymnastics, and cardio movements, as well as CrossFit lingo and equipment usage. Each session will also have a short workout at the end so you can practice your new skills + get your sweat on! This course is jam-packed with information that will help you feel comfortable to walk into one of our regular CrossFit classes and jump right in! Since there are only 4 sessions in this course, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you be able to attend every class. If you miss a class, there will be opportunities to make up the movements on Saturday during open gym, but please note that if you need to attend a make-up session, we will charge you $10 per additional session. Make up sessions will NOT include a workout.
