Take a quick, private health assessment through our partner Truemed.

2. Get your Letter of Medical Necessity

If you qualify, you pay a one-time $30 fee and receive a Letter of Medical Necessity, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Pay as usual, then get reimbursed

Keep paying Fortitude with your normal method, then submit your Letter of Medical Necessity and receipts to your administrator for reimbursement.

HSA card

Once you have your Letter of Medical Necessity, some members can switch their payment method to an HSA card. If the card is declined, you can still pay normally and reimburse yourself manually. Approvals are at your administrator's discretion.

FSA card

FSA cards are commonly rejected for this type of purchase, so most members pay with a regular method, ACH or a credit or debit card, and then submit for reimbursement.

• Your Fortitude payment receipts and invoices



Truemed provides guidance for submitting claims, and an approved LMN generally covers purchases for the next 12 months from the date it is issued.

How to find your invoices in Wodify

1. Open your Wodify App
2. Click three bar icon on top left
3. Select Settings
4. Select Invoices (scroll down to Account)
5. Click invoice and select Download invoice

Most members submit invoices covering the same period as their LMN. If your administrator allows batch submissions, you can upload several at once. If you have trouble exporting them, email us or ask a coach and we are happy to help.
